- Non-Refundable Programs and Sales: All online course programs and final sales are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions: Subscriptions are not transferable or refundable. Once you are enrolled in a subscription, switching to another is not permitted.
- Missed or Incomplete Courses: We cannot refund or transfer fees if you fail to attend or choose not to complete a course after registering.

How do I cancel my account?
Canceling your subscription is straightforward, but it must be done correctly to ensure your cancellation is processed. Follow the steps below:
Steps to Cancel via PayPal
- Sign in to your PayPal account.
- Locate "Preapproved Payments" or "Automatic Payments."
- Select the subscription and click "Stop" or "Cancel the subscription."
- You’re all set!
Steps to Cancel via Credit Card
- Log in to your Member account dashboard at https://passnp.com/.
- Click the account logo in the top-right corner.
- Navigate to Settings > Billing Info.
- Click the Cancel Subscription button.
- All done!

Cancellation requests sent via email or automated responses (e.g., receipts, announcements) will not be processed. Always use the outlined cancellation methods.
Key Points About Cancellation:
- Access Removal: Your access to videos is revoked immediately upon cancellation—not on your next payment date.
- Timing: Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

What happens if I miss my payment?
- If a payment fails, the system automatically revokes access to prevent unauthorized use.
- However, the system will attempt to charge the agreed amount multiple times unless the subscription is canceled.
- If your payment succeeds but you still lack access, please contact us for manual reactivation.

What is your Refund Policy?
Refunds Are Not Available: Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
To prevent unintended charges, we recommend setting a reminder for your billing date or canceling well in advance if no longer needed.

If I forget to cancel, can I request a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for forgotten cancellations. Managing your subscription is your responsibility. We encourage all users to cancel early when they anticipate no longer needing the service.
